This policy applies to processing connected with snyxaronixul.world, related email correspondence, and contractual services we deliver from Amsterdam. If you interact only with anonymized analytics, we still explain aggregate practices for completeness.

Recipients and processors
We engage vetted processors for hosting, transactional email, calendar scheduling, and accounting. Each relationship is governed by a data processing agreement or statutory terms that require confidentiality, breach notification, and assistance with data subject requests.
International transfers
Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses, supplementary measures such as encryption in transit, and transfer impact assessments for high-risk tools.
Online advertising and measurement
If we purchase online advertising (including search or display in the Netherlands and the wider EEA), we may use platform-provided tags for conversion measurement, aggregated reporting, or campaign optimisation, in line with platform rules and Dutch and EU law. We do not target minors with advertising. Ad creative and landing pages describe educational content and optional studio services; we do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, and we do not promise specific physiological outcomes.
Retention schedule
- Marketing and general inbox messages: up to twenty-four months unless a longer retention is justified by an open dispute.
- Contracts and invoices: seven years unless national law mandates a different horizon.
- Security logs: rolling ninety-day deletion unless an active investigation requires isolation.
- Consent logs: life of the consent plus twelve months for auditability.
Security measures
We combine organizational policies (least-privilege access, confidentiality commitments) with technical controls (TLS, patched servers, segmented environments). Staff receive periodic reminders on phishing and secure handling of attachments.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. Automated decision-making does not occur in a way that produces legal effects. To exercise rights, email us with a description of the request; we may ask proportionate verification.
Supervisory authority
You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or, if you reside elsewhere in the EU, with your local authority.
Profiling
We do not build advertising profiles from health-related inference. Analytics, if enabled, focuses on content performance metrics rather than individual scoring.
Minors
Services are not directed at children. If you believe we collected data from a minor without authority, contact us for prompt review.
